The Veena dance is spontaneous expression of powerful emotions and deep knowledge of dance. Its style retains the depth, resonance and sensitivity of "Bhava, Raga and Tala", as well as emphasizing the subtle and joyful  phrasing of dance choreography. Veena C Seshadri started her dance training at the age of seven. She received professional training in Bharatanatyam of the world, renowned Kalakshetra College of Fine Arts, Chennai. A qualified artist of Doordarshan, an ICCR-trained artist, selected in the panel of FOI CELL Ministry of Culture, Zonal Cultural Center and member of the CID. UNESCO, has performed at international and national festivals and has been awarded prizes. Veena explores the limits and gets involved in inspiring people towards Indian art and culture through Bharatanatyam in conducting interactive sessions and workshops around the world.
